How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the “Order History” section. An email with tracking information will also be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at hello@freshtastic.co.uk with a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. We will process a refund as soon as possible.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address through your My Account Page. Please make sure to update it before your next delivery is scheduled.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes but we keep it low. You order must be a minimum of £15

We deliver nationwide across the mainland UK with a few exceptions.
What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charge for nationwide delivery is £5.50. Certain area, e.g London, The Scottish Highlands will incur a small surcharge on top if this.

How can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Log into your My Account Page to modify or cancel your subscription. You can change delivery frequency, update payment details, or cancel the subscription entirely.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed immediately upon order placement.

Can I return fresh produce?
Due to the nature of fresh produce, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Do you offer discounts for subscriptions?
Yes, we offer discounts for subscription orders. The discount will be applied automatically when you set up a subscription for qualifying products.
